For chocolate lovers who want a way to indulge without all the calories and fat, try this kale chocolate milkshake!
Ingredients
1 cup of ice water
1 cup of cashews
1 banana
5 dates
¼ cup cacao powder
2 leaves kale
Instructions
combine all ingredients into a blender, blend, serve, and enjoy!
